Wake Dubai is a subsidiary of Luxury Sea Boats Charter LLC (LSBC). Consequently, our terms and conditions are established on behalf of LSBC.
If a client cancels their reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride, they will be charged the full amount. This policy is in place because it is difficult for the company to find a replacement on short notice.
In cases where the client is late, their riding time will be reduced accordingly. The cost of the ride remains the same, and payment for the unused training time is non-refundable.
LSBC reserves the right to cancel any bookings made. In the event of such a cancellation, LSBC will not be held liable. Any funds paid by the client will be refunded in full.
LSBC may cancel bookings without any charges under the following conditions:
LSBC employs only qualified and experienced captains and crew. They are the technical experts in delivering our ride services in these waters. As with any vessel worldwide, the captain’s orders are final, and guests are expected to respect them. Instances of anti-social or reckless behaviour may result in the early termination of your sea ride without any refund.
"United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile" and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
Visa and Master Card will be accepted in AED currency.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customer using the website who are Minor/ under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on the website.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Refunds are subject to Cancellation Policy.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
LSBC will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
LSBC takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, (www.lsb-charter.com & www.wake-dubai.com) cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
