I, the undersigned, understand and agree that Luxury Sea Boats Charter LLC (LSBC) will not be held liable in any way for any occurrence that may result in injury, death, or other damages to me or my dependents during my participation in any sea-ride activity with LSBC. I declare that my wakeboarding, water skiing, or wake surfing qualifications are accurately represented by me. Moreover, I confirm that I am of lawful age to make this statement and I understand that I am participating at my own risk.
By signing this statement, I hereby agree to release LSBC from any and all liability regarding any loss, personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising from my participation in any boat activity with LSBC. I affirm that I am competent to make this statement and that the information provided above is true to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief. I also confirm that I am not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol at the time of making this statement.
All guests must wear life jackets during the trip and have a Personal ID.
Children under the age of 18 who ride with us must be accompanied by their parents. The safety of the child is the responsibility of the parents. In the event of any accident, LSBC holds no responsibility.
